Seniors’ Finance commenced trading with the specific aim of being the first company in South Africa to offer South Africans the very best features of a retirement lifestyle enhancement concept known internationally as the "home equity release loan".

We are very happy to have successfully achieved our first objective, and SF HELP has subsequently been accredited by SAHERPA (click here to view our certificate of accreditation). Our revised objective is therefore to remain market leaders in this specialist field.

The majority South African shareholder is Alexander Forbes, the minority shareholder is Seniors Money International, who are based in New Zealand.
