Pledge One
We will treat customers fairly, with dignity and respect. We will be
honest, open and transparent.
Pledge Two
There is no requirement to make any loan repayments during the term of the
loan.
Pledge Three
Your home will remain yours to live in for as long as you choose to do so, so
long as a repayment event is not triggered by a borrower. Our “Loan Repayment
Guarantee” means that, so long as all of the conditions of the loan have been
met, the amount that will be required to be repaid following a borrower's death
or moving out will never exceed the sale proceeds of the property. There is no
extra charge to you for this guarantee, although this unique facility should
give you and your family additional peace of mind.
Pledge Four
It is important that you are absolutely happy with all aspects of
SF HELP.
We will explain SF HELP to you in detail, and answer any questions that
you might have. However, we also insist on our clients getting independent
financial planning advice in the process of applying for SF HELP, as we
want to make sure that everything has been fully explained and discussed with
you from the broadest possible perspective. If at any time you want to contact
Seniors’ Finance regarding the loan or any related matter, we'll be here to
SF HELP you.
Pledge Five
We believe that we have a responsibility to conduct ourselves in an
appropriate manner, which is why we are committed to adhering to SAHERPA's Code
of Conduct.
